T-Mobile CMS

I was hired to give recommendations and make changes to an internal-facing enterprise application used by T-mobile's call center employees to sell, upsell, and set up new plans.  



I gave numerous recommendations for simpler, clearer designs and improved user experience (all suggestions were approved by client).  My final deliverable were 33 wireframes created in Axure.
